In my role at Brandmuscle, I took the lead in designing point-of-sale material for SGWS, one of our largest clients. Collaborating closely with sales representatives and managers, I ensured that the print materials met the client's needs and effectively supported their sales efforts. This involved understanding the unique requirements of each campaign and tailoring the design accordingly. Additionally, I facilitated seamless project execution by liaising with the print center to obtain quotes and oversee production timelines, ensuring that deliverables were completed on schedule and within budget.

Recognizing the importance of empowering our team, I conducted training sessions to educate sales representatives and managers on how to leverage the order entry system effectively, enabling them to streamline their workflows and maximize productivity. Moving forward, I would recommend implementing feedback mechanisms to continuously refine our processes and enhance the quality and efficiency of our point-of-sale material production.
